フローコンパス合同会社は、「隠れ家感満載の、我が家のようにくつろげる国境をこえた貸切一軒宿」をコンセプトに、神奈川・静岡の3拠点で民泊を運営しています。
チェックインの瞬間から、ここが自分の家であるように。鍵を渡されたその部屋に、誰かの気配はありません。庭も、リビングも、お風呂も——すべてあなただけのもの。
海沿いの古民家、海の街の路地裏、山に囲まれたコテージ。それぞれの場所に、それぞれの時間が流れています。世界中から旅人が訪れ、地元の暮らしに溶け込んでいく——そんな宿を目指しています。
Flow Compass LLC operates three exclusive private lodgings across Kanagawa and Shizuoka, centered on the concept of a hidden retreat where guests feel truly at home — open to travelers from around the world.
From the moment you check in, the entire space is yours alone. There are no other guests. The garden, the living room, the bath — all yours.
A seaside machiya, a quiet back street by the ocean, a cottage nestled in the mountains — each property carries its own rhythm of time. Travelers from across the globe come to dissolve into local life. That is the kind of lodging we aspire to create.

鎌倉腰越駅から徒歩5分、海まで2分の築70年の貸切古民家。江ノ島を望む縁側で、波音とともに過ごす非日常の時間。 A 70-year-old machiya, 5 minutes from Koshigoe Station and 2 minutes to the beach. Sit on the veranda gazing at Enoshima, with the sound of waves as your companion.
